Merry Christmas!! I hope you all had the most wonderful season of celebrating, I know we did! I also hope you enjoy this digital Christmas card because we only printed 2 this year! One for a keepsake and one for my mom because I know she doesn’t throw it away after the holidays, haha. We are just trying to save all our money since we bought a truck to haul the trailer and we still have trailer expenses! So this digital card will do 😉
Having said that, our Christmas mostly consisted of things we needed like clothes. Chance bought me a domain for this blog though so that’s exciting for me! And I bought him a massager pillow that actually turned out to be a lot nicer than I thought it was going to be. It was a surprise and he loves it! I always feel so proud when I surprise Chance with something he likes. Indie also got clothes, an Amber teething necklace, a toy pajamas and a teddy bear from Grandma Marci, and new homemade pajamas from Grandma Cheryl! She got more spoiled than us.
This year we spend the Holiday with my in-laws in Delta. We actually celebrated Christmas on Christmas Eve because my brother-in-law couldn’t get Christmas day off of work. I thought it would be weird celebrating a day early, but it just felt like Christmas anyways! It was so much fun to watch everyone give their gifts and open them. Especially our nephew Colt who is 2. Watching him open his gifts made me really nostalgic for Christmases when I was a child! We spent the rest of the day hanging out, eating good food, watching Christmas movies aaaaand… getting our hair cut! Chance’s sister does hair and she is so good! She gave me a trim, layers and BANGS! I had bangs a few years ago and I was just ready for another change, but I like my hair long. I love how they turned out! Chance also got his hair cut. 14 inches off!! Plus all the thinning and layering, it was so so so much hair. He looks so good though. When he started growing out his hair I don’t think either of us every anticipated that it would get that long. But it was a fun time. He says it’s nicer to sleep and work with shorter hair though, and I think he looks as fine as ever 😉
