This year at my mom’s Christmas party was such a fun one! All these grandkids are getting older and there’s so many that it’s so crazy and chaotic, but that’s all part of the fun. Mom got a 6 ft tree for the kids to decorate. They strung popcorn (umm cutest thing, I will always string popcorn on my tree now!) made ornaments and used some of mom’s old ornaments, and the tree turned out so cute! We did a little nativity scene which consisted of Grace and Amelia as angels, Layla as Mary with a nesting doll as baby Jesus, McKay as Joseph, and Jace as a king. They were all so dang cute and my favorite part was when Grace leaned her head on Millie because “I like you” and Millie saying so seriously “Grace, angels do not do that.” Hahaha! So classic! After the nativity my mom and dad gifted all the girls matching Christmas Jammies! Trying to get a pic of all of them was pretty hilarious, but wow they are all so cute!! After their jammies we did our sibling exchange (thanks McKay for the white noise machine!) and Mom and dad gave us gifts.
Spending this time at Christmas with family really is my favorite thing. I love that our family is just getting bigger and bigger all the time! Oh and how about Christmas with a baby? SO FUN. Look how much Indie Jo loves those lights and ornaments. She really has brought a magic spirit to our holiday season!
